1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
By accessing or using the OneDay Makeup website and any of our beauty services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. การใช้บริการ
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Our beauty, makeup artistry, hair styling, photography, and dress rental services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of our website.
3. การจองและการนัดหมาย
Bookings can be made through our website, LINE official account, or in-person at any of our branches. Once a booking is submitted, you will receive a confirmation via email or LINE message. A booking is only confirmed after you receive this confirmation. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot and artist. Walk-in appointments are accepted subject to availability.
4. เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน
We accept the following payment methods: PromptPay, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and WeChat Pay. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon for packages or special arrangements. A deposit may be required to confirm certain bookings, particularly for bridal packages, off-site services, and dress rentals. All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We do not charge hidden fees or service charges.
5. การยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in a full charge. For dress rentals, cancellation policies differ — please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
All content on our website — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and software — is the property of OneDay Makeup Co., Ltd. and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Photographs taken as part of our photo package service may be used by OneDay Makeup for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out at the time of booking.
7. ความเป็นส่วนตัว
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For detailed information on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
OneDay Makeup provides all services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects resulting from beauty products or treatments. We strongly recommend informing your artist of any known allergies and requesting a patch test prior to service. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
